Rachel Rich

Rachel Rich is the founder of Guiding Star Collective — a Deaf presenter and advocate who has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of social justice, and domestic and sexual violence advocacy.

Known for a speaking style that is as direct as it is disarming, Rachel has built her career on raising awareness, educating communities, and empowering survivors to reclaim their voice. Her work insists that Deaf individuals have a seat — and a say — in conversations about violence prevention and survivor support that too often leave them out.

Guiding Star Collective grew out of that insistence: a belief that healing, truth, and advocacy shouldn't depend on which language you speak or how you hear the world. Rachel continues to educate, advocate, and guide — one conversation, one community, one survivor at a time.
