Nova

Finding your true north.

Trauma disorients — it scrambles your sense of direction, safety, and self. Nova is one-to-one space to help you find your way back: not a fix, not a rush toward resolution, just a steady place to return to as you heal, at your own pace.

What Nova Is

A companion to Constellations, not a part of it

Constellations is where our community heals together — five sessions, one room, shared story. Nova is where one person and one Co-Navigator do the quieter work of finding a way back to themselves, one-on-one. You might move between both, or use only one — whatever fits where you are.

Nova is peer-support and advocacy-based healing space, not clinical therapy. If deeper clinical care is ever the right next step, we'll help you find it.

The Framework

The True North Framework

Every Nova session — short or long — moves through the same four points, at whatever pace you need.

I.

Ground

Arrive. Settle into physical and felt safety before anything else happens.

II.

Witness

Name what's present — what happened, what's here today — without minimizing or rushing past it.

III.

Locate Your North

Reconnect with the values, strengths, and sense of self trauma tried to obscure. This is the center of the work.

IV.

Chart Forward

Leave with one small, doable next step, grounded back in the present, and a safety check before we close.

How We Meet

Two Ways to Meet

Whatever time you have, the same framework holds the space.

20 Minutes

A brief check-in · $50

  • A hotline follow-up or between-session touchpoint
  • A first conversation to see if Nova is a fit
  • Light, steady, at your pace

One Hour

A fuller working session · $100

  • Our default once you're settled into ongoing support
  • More room to unfold what's present
  • Ends with an intention and a safety check

If You Need Support Right Now

Nova sessions are scheduled, one-to-one time — if you're in immediate danger or crisis, please reach out to one of these first.
